The Company

Blue Sea Resorts has been working in the Mar menor of Spain's Costa Calida region for many years.

Originally based in Los Alcazares, we moved early on in 2009 to the La Tercia Golf Resort to be closer to our large base of Property Management clients.

Family run and owned, we have based our work approach on giving our clients the best possible attention and offering sound professional advice on any work our clients need doing.

While our main work focusses on Property Investments, we have also built up over the past twelve months an extensive database of Property Management clients, especially on La Tercia (United Golf Resorts) Golf Course.

Rentals (holiday and long term lets), holiday property purchases and general building and maintenance work are also services we are proud to offer every homeowner or client.
